Pillar Leaders was engaged to create a high performance culture for UniMelb’s CFO Group, aligning the Executive Leadership Team and integrating a development ecosystem that enhances team effectiveness from CFO to Intern. 

This engagement has flourished into a comprehensive, multi-year cultural transformation program. Pillar was asked to expand our initial Pilot Program to include the entire CFO Group, resulting in over 11,725+ dedicated development hours across the teams in 2024. Pillar has since been invited to work with the University’s COO executive team, the Department of Rural Health and University Secretary portfolio.
